Our neighbours Mr & Mrs Homer had faulty house alarm. The alarm was bleeping and Mr Homer was concerned it was creating a nuisance so asked me if I could recommend a company but more than that, could I recommend a company that was solid, reputable and above all trustworthy. Darren responded to my call by arriving at my neighbour’s home within 30 minutes, Darren not only fixed the faulty alarm gave my neighbour the faulty part and said he would be happy to service his system on the due date, Darren charged a fee which was very reasonable according to my neighbour, who used to be in security before he retired.

Darren Griffiths from D&G Security Systems was recommended to us for our CCTV requirements. He helped us indentify the most cost effective solution for our CCTV requirements.

 

The scope of Quantum Mouldings’ needs was clearly understood and Darren was able to put forward several solutions in order to meet our needs at carious scales.

 

Once we agreed on the solution for QM the install was seamless and didn’t interrupt our business as the work was carries out over a weekend.

 

Darren and his team fully installed a two camera system to monitor our site, with the ability to expand at minimal cost. This has given us clear visibility in and out of hours. We are able to view our site on a monitor during the day, W also have an app on our phones so that we can check the site out of hours. This has helped improve the security of our site and given us the ability to monitor activity during working hours in our yard.

 

All in all a fantastic service with superior after sales services, based on our experience we would most definitely recommend Darren and his team to install your CCTV requirements.

QUANTUM MOULDINGS

On arrival to our much anticipated ski resort on Saturday 25th January, I was greeted with a most unwelcome telephone call from our estate agent.

 

I was advised that an unoccupied property of ours that is currently up for sale, had been vandalised,. The back window had been smashed by a thrown object.

 

Thousands of miles from my home and away with everyone that I would call in the event of such an emergency, I found myself in quite the pickle.

 

Based on past experience, I had no hesitation calling Daz from D&G Security.

 

I called on the Saturday afternoon. Darren answered the phone (always a bonus on a weekend) and allowed me to explain what had transpired.

 

Despite currently being on a job, Darren advised me that he would go and speak with the state agent and check out the property, understanding that I was quite simply stranded with no way of ensuring that the property was secure and safe.

 

Over the course of the next few hours, Daz went out of his way to ensure that the property was secure and tidy, He gave me a full breakdown of where we were and the feedback from the estate agents was nothing but outstanding,

 

To top this off, despite my offering, Daz has refused to take any type of payment of his services rendered.

 

Professional, punctual and willing to go that extra mile. What else could you ask for from your local security company.

Earlier in the year we had a spate of car break-ins around our home. Thinking that my new car with its modern alarm system would be a deterrent to these scum, I never gave it a moment's thought to add any extra security.

 

Yes, you've guessed it - the clever scum managed to bypass my security and rob me of a few bob and personal belongings. I have sat and listened to Darren's 60 seconds at our local BNI meetings for a while and realised that what he says is true and that I needed that peace of mind.

 

I contacted Darren regarding some CCTV, I want to see the scum that do this to me.  Darren came round to my home that evening, gave me very good advice, sorted me out at a very reasonable price  with a system that we can actually watch real time, for all my house frontage, record, play back and download for the police to do their bit if the scum came back for another visit.

Never have I experienced such compelling customer service. When I asked about security around my home you were straight on the phone asking when was the best time to look at the job. The next morning there you were offering the best advice for us to feel secure in our home.

 

Impressively you fit the job in quickly and the work you did was beyond expectation. Not only did you locate all the equipment in the most subtle fashion, you tidied up the wires and removed the cameras from the previous dodgy workman, namely ourselves! 

 

Now we are fitted with a sophisticated talking alarm that will give us a call if a dodgy friend tries paying a visit. Not only that but we have incredible sight on our property from anywhere in the world through cameras that provide crystal clear vision day and night and record all behaviours good and bad within view. 

 

This is great for spying on curious walkers who love a casual stroll into our garden. But not quite so good when your parents can look at the mischief you’re getting up to and the guests you’re entertaining whilst they are away!

 

I couldn’t rate your prompt and impressive friendly service more highly and would recommend you to anyone in the highest confidence that they will receive the 5 star service that we did.

Darren recently quoted and installed a new alarm and CCTV system at my house in Stourport.  The work was done on time, in a very tidy fashion and worked perfectly from the outset.
